This is an exclusive 4-room, two-level apartment located on the third and fourth floor. The lounge area with TV is connected with the dining area and kitchenette. The kitchen is fitted with high-quality built-in furniture and equipped with a dishwasher, oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine and a full set of dishes.

The apartment offers 3 separate bedrooms. On the first level, there is a spacious bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower cabin and a balcony. On the second level, there are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with 2 separate sleeping places and a TV. The balcony can be accessed from the living room and the lower bedroom.
