Area The Baltic Fort complex is located in the spa part of Świnoujście, surrounded by the greenery of the Zdrojowy Park, 100 meters from the beach, right on the promenade. There are shops, boutiques, restaurants, fish bars and smokehouses in the area.
The apartment is located on the second floor, it consists of a fully equipped living room with a kitchenette (fridge, 2-burner electric hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster), bedroom (2 bed -persons) and bathrooms with a shower cabin. The big advantage of the presented apartment is a spacious balcony with a view of the new promenade. Additional equipment includes a flat-screen TV (2 in the living room and in the bedroom), iron, ironing board, hair dryer, clothes dryer. Within the apartment you can use wireless internet.
There are public parking spaces in the neighboring streets (there is a paid parking zone, a parking ticket for one day costs about PLN 40).
About 200 m from the building there is a monitored, guarded parking lot Park System.
Pets are welcome (additional fee 150 PLN / stay / pet).
