The big advantage is the large balcony overlooking the pier, the sea and the beach . The apartment is equipped with a TV and internet access. Perfect for a family of four. Lovely view of the sea. The apartment has a private parking space in the underground garage. In the building, there is an outdoor swimming pool (open seasonally) with a view of the sea and the pier on the top floor of the building, a sauna and a sun terrace.
